Free shipping on orders over $90. For orders under $90, a shipping fee of $30 will be applied

Restricted Areas
Due to legal regulations or logistics limitations, some areas are currently not available for shipping. Please contact customer service for specific inquiries.
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the payment is successfully processed if we keep stocks. We will update the tracking number and the shipping information via email after the package is dispatched. Customers can also check the shipping information in the Order Status section of their Minisforum accounts.
※ Please Note:
1) Minisforum creates the shipping label at the beginning of the process in order to start processing your order through customs. We do this to save time in customs, and that's why you will see the shipping status sometimes appear to be stuck in "Shipping label has been created" or "Shipment information received" status for a short time.
Shipping status will update once the package has been processed through customs (about 4-6 business days on average). You will receive your parcel within 2–3 weeks after it has cleared customs (please allow an extra week for shipping during holiday seasons).
How it works:
1) Please purchase tariff insurance at checkout.
2) The package is shipped, and customers receive notification of customs duties from customs.
3) Please pay customs duties and keep the payment certificate.
4) Please send the payment certificate to us via email. We will verify it and refund the full amount of customs duties via the original payment method in 1 to 2 business days.
